This is floor based Pilates. Various techniques are used using gravity and body weight.
Equipment-based Pilates
Specific Pilates equipment for low impact exercise, also known as ‘Cadillac’ and ‘Reformer’. It is ideal for building strength, toning muscles and increasing flexibility.
Priority is given to your health and safety. This is a COVID 19 safe environment, following the guidelines provided by NSW Health. This includes social distancing, providing hand sanitiser and regular thorough cleaning of equipment.
The classes are welcoming, offering a warm atmosphere and positive energy.
